Schalke 04 is one of the biggest atmospheres and supporter communities in Germany.

This season, Schalke 04 was promoted back to the Bundesliga and has exceeded 200,000 members. It is therefore the 3rd club with the most members in Germany after Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund.

The Veltins Arena with a capacity of 62,671 seats is Schalke 04's home, and access to match tickets is very difficult due to high demand.

By listening to feedback from its members, the ticketing system has just evolved, here is the new process.

 

Ticket sales throughout the season with a presale for members.

All Schalke 04 match tickets are sold exclusively by the club on its online ticketing platform. There are no other official sellers.

The ticketing system had the peculiarity of putting tickets on sale during 2 phases during the season: at the start of the season for all first half matches and mid-season for all second half matches.

Following feedback from its members, the club has evolved the system.

From now on, sales will take place as the season progresses before each match. Tickets will be put on sale several weeks in advance. Sales generally take place between 1 and 2 months before each match.

Members have a presale. Generally, all tickets are sold during the members' sales phase.

Members will have a limit on the number of seats they can purchase this season. A member can buy a maximum of 4 seats for a match, and a maximum of 17 seats over the season, which is 1 seat per match per member on average. There is a special rule for the Dortmund derby and the clash against Bayern Munich with 2 seats for one of the matches or just one seat for both matches.

 

Tickets between €17.50 and €66.

Ticket prices for the season have not increased. The lowest price is €17.50 and the highest is €66 (excluding season tickets).

There is a very slight price increase for the Borussia Dortmund derby and the clash against Bayern Munich.
