How to get to Red Bull Arena by public transport?
Very many tram lines go directly to the stadium:

There are also lines 1, 14 and 19 that approach the stadium (without stopping directly in front).
- for lines 3, 7, 8 and 15 and get off at the "Sportforum" stop. Then approximately 400 metres on foot to the stadium.
- for line 19, Leipzig stop "Sportforum Ost"
⚠️ Make sure you check your stadium entrance, this has great importance for your tram stop and which line to take.

How to travel to Leipzig?
✈️ by plane : 2 small airports are located near Leipzig :
Leipzig / Halle Airport : It is located to the North, allow 15 minutes to reach the city with the S5 or S5X lines.
Dresden Airport : It is located in Dresden, allow 2 hours travel with the S2 line to Dresden railway station then take a train (to be booked).

✈️ Another alternative is possible: land at Berlin Brandenburg airport.
There are direct flights to Paris, Strasbourg, Nantes, Bordeaux Mérignac, Toulouse, Marseille, Nice and Lyon in France.
To reach Leipzig you need to take a regional train to Berlin railway station and then a national ICE train to reach Leipzig railway station. Allow a little over 2 hours of travel.
