The ground is situated 500m from the sea. This makes it one of the coldest stadiums in Great Britain.

What are the stands at Pittodrie Stadium?

Richard Donald Stand, called RDS by supporters, located behind the goal at the East. It replaced the Beach End stand.
Merkland Stand located at the West, nicknamed the Paddock or King Street End, hosts families and supporters with disabilities.
South Stand with a section reserved for away supporters and journalists.
Main Stand, the ground's original stand.

Directions

How to get to Pittodrie Stadium by public transport?

The ground is close to the city centre and is well served by public transport.

🚍 By Bus

Bus number 13 (direction Seaton) will drop you on Golf Road, with Pittodrie on your left.
Buses number 1 (direction Danestone), 2 (direction Ashwood) or X40 (direction Dubford) will drop you on King Street.
The best stop is the one after King Street bus station, then head down Pittodrie Street or Merkland Road on your right to reach the ground.
