Tourism around the stadium
👀 What to do / what to see in Berlin?
The city of Berlin is a historical landmark. So much to discover there 📸🧸... and most of it very accessible on foot.
🏛️ There are the classics like the Reichstag, the Brandenburg Gate, Check Point Charlie, the square with the two churches Französischer Dom and Deutscher Dom, the Berliner Dom (cathedral), the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church and of course East Side Gallery (The Wall).
There's also the Museum Island 🖼️, shopping 🛍️ at Alexanderplatz or on the Kurfürstendamm and the towers at Potsdamer Platz.
Get a bird's eye view from the Berliner Fernsehturm 🔭 (TV tower) -> remember to book your visit in advance.
👉 Consider the Berlin Welcome Card which offers free transport and many benefits (ideally purchase in advance; you can find it on GetYourGuide for example).
For those with more time on site, the city of Potsdam also offers attractions 🏰 worth the detour.
