Key facts

🏟️ The SC-Stadion was renamed Mooswaldstadion (named after a nearby forest) by supporters and then Europa-park Stadion on 01/10/2021. It was built to replace the historic stadium, Schwartzwaldstadion (Dreisamstadion) which had become outdated and did not meet UEFA standards.

The pitch had to be changed the day after inauguration due to a rainy summer and the presence of fungi.
