BMO Field

BMO Field is a soccer (MLS) and Canadian football (CFL) stadium located at Exhibition Place. Hockey and rugby XV are also played there.

It was built on the site of the Exhibition Stadium, which was demolished in 1999.

BMO Field is named after the Bank of Montreal (BMO).

It is home to Toronto FC (MLS) and the Toronto Argonauts (Canadian Football League/CFL).

BMO Field will host matches at the FIFA World Cup 2026. For this event, the stadium's capacity will be increased to approximately 45,700 seats. To comply with FIFA regulations, the stadium will be called Toronto Stadium during the World Cup.

How to get to BMO Stadium by public transport?

🚍 By Toronto Transit Commission (TTC)

From Union Station on the Yonge-University metro line: take the 509 HARBOURFRONT streetcar towards FLEET LOOP. Then take the replacement bus 509/511 towards LAKE SHORE and BATHURST. Take Bastion Street heading south, then turn left at FLEET ST. Take Nova Scotia Avenue heading south.

From Bathurst Station on the Bloor metro line: take streetcar no. 511 towards FLEET LOOP. Then take replacement bus no. 509/511 towards LAKE SHORE and BATHURST. Take Bastion Street heading south, then turn left at FLEET ST. Take Nova Scotia Avenue heading south.

From Dufferin Station on the Bloor metro line: take Bus no. 29 heading south to Exhibition.

🚆 By GO Train

BMO Field has a GO station nearby. EXHIBITION station is one stop west of Union Station, on the Lakeshore East-West lines.

🅿️ There are car parks at BMO Field. Lot 852 in the South is reserved. Others can be reserved online on the stadium's website. (Red surface P and Yellow Metro P)

🚲 The roads leading to BMO Field are accessible to pedestrians. Numerous bike stands are distributed across the Exhibition Place site. Additional bike parking is available east of Exhibition Place, in Inukshuk Park, near the Martin Goodman Trail, and west of the site, near Dufferin Gate, in Centennial Park.

🛅 Does BMO Field offer a left luggage service?
The rules regarding permitted or prohibited bags are specific. Bags must be completely transparent with a maximum size of 30x30cm.
A paid left luggage service is available on match days. It is located at Gate 3.
